Except, begrudgingly was taken to the cleaners and it hurts me to say, my first two apartment complexes were supposed yield plays (big mistake) and I held those two dogs and tried to make it work and ended up selling those two 2.5 years after purchasing them.  

@Sandy Uhlmann  I am absolutely positive the notes they buy are near worthless its the only way they can bring in new money and pay on notes that don't perform.. its all good when its good.its just so much cleaner in first position..

I cleaned the dirty home with professional lead cleaner prior to testing.   

Getting so many conflicting opinions from carpet stores, installers and carpet cleaners on the best material to buy.

(And I think my tenants can keep the house cleaner if they have a problem with dust.  

My partner took us to the cleaner on the multi families so we made him buy us out and purchased a single family that we flipped a few years later.

I chose the hotels because many Airbnb sites were closed during the last year in northern MN and NE ND, or I would have preferred to stay there (usually cleaner, quieter and safer for a woman traveling alone).

Does anyone here have any great experiences with Cleaners and Handyman in the area they wouldn’t mind referring?

I know Silverlake/ Virgil and Echo Park areas pretty well and I didn't see any of the Hipster charm in BH.EchoPark and even Virgil and East Hollywood are pretty gritty...but seem much safer/cleaner/nicer than Boyle Heights.  

The induction is so much cleaner,  safer, quicker.
