I see on the TV this morning that President Biden is proposing to raise the capital gains tax rate from 20% to 39%.

For a 2 bedroom, 1 bath (823 sq) apartment, it cost me a total of 5K for all supplies to get it up and running (2 beds, 2 mattresses, TV, couch, etc).

I would watch Kobe Bryant on TV, and I would try to mimic his moves for at least eight hours the next day in my backyard.

As a rule of thumb is a pawn shop has more than one location, and can afford TV commercials the stuff is going to be as advertised.If you're worried check with the BBB or your local Chamber for negative reports.
