@Bryan SouzaInteresting read, the article brings up a great point that, renters may be stuck in their current units because moving to a new place would not only be near to impossible due to long waiting lists, but also because they would likely face dramatic rent increase in the unit they occupy.Leaving the market alone would naturally fix rates as competition to provide quality units would increase.
