I spend a lot of time in East Texas, we have a power plant outside of Tatum.  

with  the duplex it could be annoying and a diamond in the ruff to find.there are some houses we would consider living in and letting our family plant some roots... 

(at the right price)  He's known locally as the guy who buys stuff no one else will, and presents occasionally on how to buy property across from a sewer treatment plant on the railroad tracks with a shared driveway.

I will respectfully disagree with @Michael Plante, When I list I recommend people go get an agent.

They can run a title search for a few dollars and they generally have title plants in all or almost all states.
