You should be wealthy. 

You can become very rich and wealthy over time but YOU HAVE TO BE CONSISTENT AND PERSISTENT with it.

I've never been one to speak about myself so I will tell you that I have friends (some from wealthy families and others coming from poverty) that thanks to this industry, if they WANTED to could very easily retire making 5 figure incomes from their portfolios and they are from 24 - 34 years old.

You are nowhere near "income-statement wealthy" enough to rent a large house with lots of room and not have it significantly affect your current and future ability to successfully convert your income into more wealth.Get a cheaper place to rent.
