Maybe I’m just missing it on the tiny screen I call my phone.  

This seems like something useful to enough people that it would merit the TINY revision of their process that it would take. 

I reviewed other market conditions (population growth, median household income, etc.) and I ended up passing up on this deal since it didn't have a population growth over the past 2 years. 

If she is relying on a HELOC to fund a new roof in a few years or on credit liquidity to facilitate any uh-ohs in the near-term, even a tiny decrease in property values will be devastating to her.

All the trade websites say that in the end they're only a tiny percentage more expensive than regular concrete block because the labor costs go way down.    

The appreciation and B+/A- area being under nat'l median household price is a win.

Starting to dream about building a trendy tiny home /  container home community in our local mountain town that has become insanely unaffordable to the  locals.

The article, mentions a household would need at least $114k to afford a median priced home ($420,000 as of writing).

Currently readjusted my household cash flow to focus on debt reduction and cash savings that way I can invest within the next year or two.
