Usually the first mortgage forecloses which wipes out all the lesser priority stuff, but those don't just disappear if you redeem!

They will disappear in the middle of the night without notice.

I experienced this when I lived in SoCal given the wildfire exposure and the SE has also been feeling the pain with all of the hurricane exposure.

I currently work as a consultant, on a project that deals with a lot of risk assessment, identifying pain points for my client in areas of improvement, along with these types tasks, there is a lot of tracking and monitoring of multiple different requests that are going on at one time, as well as having to manage my team and personal to ensure we are meeting all necessary suspenses.

Individuals who have experienced hurt haven't processed their pain or developed effective coping strategies.

Better than nothing, but it was so aggravating and painful.
