My two cents is that the non-live broadcast is a commonly used marketing tool If it was "live" when it was first broadcast, then it is not a "scam" in my opinion but a rebroadcast that does not disclose that fact (not as professional as it could be).

Basically, what these guys did to some of our Real Wealth Network members allegedly is:- GEG showed RWN some of the properties they had renovated and leased out to prove their business model- They told our members via a webinar that they buy, renovate and sell rental properties below market value to investors with 8% cash flow- They said they offer non-recourse financing at 50% LTVIn reality, GEG sold properties that were not always renovated - even if the price point reflected a renovation.

@Tom OchiengI would reach out to a real estate attorney for specific advice on this situation since you already have one tenant who is being difficult.On a side note, when I have inherited tenants, I have been most successful when I have provided longer non-renewal notices, like 60-90 days, and offered to assist with moving costs.
