We have been in the house for 7 years and have replaced the main systems that would be a big costs driver (see below).

Each parking spot must be a minimum 8.5ft wide x 18ft long, so that adds up fast, and will be a big design driver in any design.

NOTE: I always make renters send me their drivers license prior to giving them the key code.

To get services started they will ask for SS# or Drivers License.

But hey I'll give a response a shot.I was a UPS driver for 13 years and while I didn't mind the work I wanted the freedom to either rise or fall on my own know how and willingness to learn and work hard. 

I like Houston the most due to the economic drivers and know the market very well.

I've put in offers on a few that didn't get accepted since being licensed, and before that put in an offer with owner financing as I didn't have the funds at the time, but I like the area and think it will improve as new development is getting closer and closer, sure to drive rents and values up on the older smaller homes.

Good thing is your in the driver seat right now whatever direction you go i'm sure you'll be fine.

Oneida Lake is a huge driver here.
