I look at Elon Musk(like him or not), pre-selling his Cyber Truck.

The insurance; general liability, E & O, employment practices, cyber, criminal, non hired auto policy and the list goes on and on……… 

I am specifically involved in the residential sector.One of my big warnings is Cyber Security and keeping praying eyes from having access to IoT devices.

They also have nationally ranked MED school and is also the cyber security headquarters for the US Gov't. 

We have "surveillance" systems.I like REOLink.

Maybe cyber related?

-Quality security system, often surveillance, bars on windows if need be, and an 8' tall enough to be a real deterant not easy to set a 6' stepladder next to and look/climb over privacy Fence! 

Good motion sensor lighting makes a big difference - might not want to be cutting a cage directly with a bright light shining on you.Consider buying some fake surveillance cameras.
