I am looking to fix up the property a bit more to help it hopefully appraise for more.here are my real questions.We have Vinyl siding, so i am not sure besides landscaping what i can do to increase curb appeal (i think that is one of its biggest drawbacks.

Tree Trimming. 1 dead 2 Trim $1500It has made a huge difference in the curb appeal. 

If done, it will:  improve the curb appeal , lower maintenance, create more privacy,and add rv parking.

Maybe do some minor things to increase the curb appeal.  

Even f you forward it, the junk can end up in the box, maybe remove it from the curb and put it in the garage for now.

Make your property look great in the pictures, at the curb and inside; priced right - even aggressively if need be.  

It's not the best looking property in a lakes community, has high taxes, long commutes, no lake frontage and is a small 3 bed/1 bath house that lacks in curb appeal due to the slope of the land and how the house sits. 

It's really hard to get an idea of cost without someone actually going out to bid the job (not knowing the size, location, grading for the lot, whether you need to add curb cuts to enter this new garage from the street or if it's from the alley, routing utilities, etc).  

Wow you really upped the curb appeal!!
