People wouldn't believe how many deals are lost at what I call the "decision phase" where a lead from an offline marketing campaign goes to research you, and doesn't find good credibility online (which includes the website).

AND its some what difficult to buy a list of preforeclosures and get any  campaign to them since they are on a 4 week cycle till the auction. 

No restrictions or caps on supply, and I don't expect the City to revisit this anytime soon as it was about a 3 year discussion that I think council is happy to put in the rear view mirror.
