My logic behind a area to hold is basically is in my zone of knowledge that means close in and in a A-B area .BIG fish can have the whole USA in their zone .Outside of my zone I am thinking flip it there are exceptions like all rules .

I will also admit at this point we are comparing apples to light bulbs since RentRedi was only costing me $59 per month and DoorLoop will cost $200+ per month and for those that have a lower unit count and only need basic services the RentRedi cost should outweigh the beta tech.

Steve Morris, that was a long post just to basically say wholesalers are shady because they aren’t realtors or brokers.Obviously wholesalers work a LOT differently than a broker or realtors.
