Hi everyone, joined BP last year for all the freebee calculators and finding myself a bit over my head and in need of some advice...Have a commercial property bought on land contract, 0 down, 5%, amoritized over 30 years with 6 year balloon for 120k last year.

I would like to hear others on their thoughts because I would like to join his private money club.Thanks for taking your time and reading.

I have joined a couple of groups on FB, and connected with some other people here.

I just joined BP pro and im stoked to get started.

I also joined the Facebook group as well.  

Seems to me that if an investor considering syndicates who does not have experience or contact with syndicators would do well to join with a group of investors experienced in investing in syndications and pay the membership fee to “ride” the knowledge of experienced investors in this field.  

What brokerage did you join?

I enjoyed the 3 day workshop and thought it was worthwhile so I joined the $40k program and I have regretted it!
