Warm bodies often find a few things that everyone missed in the inspections, particularly with plumbing.

I've seen Police Officers  leave our  house filled with roaches, Ministers using our homes as a church, one tenant wanted to use  our home as a Funeral Parlor, and work on the bodies in the basement.

A grants a current deed and on that deed, state that the conveyance is accomplished arising from a previous sale to cure filing requirements, state the old date in the body of this statement, but the date of the deed will be the current date. 

That’s why agents are licensed, have to take ethics courses, pass background checks, follow rules and are regulated by a governing body.

Its probably the wax ring in the toilet 10 bux,  or shower body,$150 really not a big deal.

Also would be dishonest from the builders standpoint considering they are marketing it as a investment type property fully knowing that the reigns will he handed over to a different governing body once this last unit sells. 

Commercial is fine, but it's a different body of knowledge.

And, I wanted to know if there is any body investing in the Newton, Lake Hopatcong Sparta NJ area just curious if so let me know if there are others in BiggerPockets investing in those areas that will be much appreciated.
