My father has been a mailman for as long as I've been alive and, even though he meant it in a way to express how proud he was, it broke my heart when he told me that even in 2016 I made more than he ever had a year in his life. 

I'm writing it all down in a big note book to help me memorize it all.I came across this on Real Estate Express' course.My question: Why does this list both PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) AND Insurance?

It isn't the worst thing ever but it isn't right.Also the express purpose is not to mess with the listing percent sold however everyone knows it does do that and they still tout listing percent numbers to influence buyers and sellers so again, it is not completely above board.

I think someone  else called it specious reasoning.So quit whining at least until you can build your own website and make your own rules about who can post and what sentiments they have to express.

I have been inside my rental while occupied enough times and I felt it doesn't show it in the best light.I will advertise it ahead of time, and post previously taken pictures in the ads but let those expressed interests know the availability.There are two other considerations.First, I don't want any complaints from the existing tenants that an iPod or a watch is missing after the showings.

It simply says (as I interpret) that the government can't stop the creation or expression of different religions.Personally, I'd be terrified of letting the (any) church run the country, but from what I've read of the founding fathers, they seem to be very content letting the government run "under God."
