To sum it up, because I wasn’t more specific in what was written on the ‘work description’ of the invoice, I couldn’t definitively say “you are absolutely wrong” ,however, what he and I verbally discussed, as well as what was written on the invoice were in sync with what I was saying.

Rueben balls LLC would have been nice but the magistrates in eviction court may have been a little confused as to why Rueben balls LLC was invoicing out Beg Bug treatment all the time. 

Our clients see the contractors invoiced price, followed by a second line item for our administrative markup.

I've designed by Invoices to the tenants to show the date they moved in, how much security deposit they paid me, and how much their rent is and when it's due and when their lease expires.

I've seen several dozen invoices for this in the SF Bay Area and the usually range from $4,500 to $12,000.

It's sad Montana is so dang big...
