If he uses hot mud and he's good, he could get it in tape and one top coat, but hot mud doesnt feather well and it would require knockdown or heavier texture to hide.

On the other hand if they are not allowing you in to the property it could be an indication that something major is wrong and they are hiding it from you.

If they are successful at hiding the animal from you, then, I guess the animal wasn't really a problem to begin with.I've never heard of an application fee that was refunded because somebody wasn't qualified.

Besides an investor making an offer and not disclosing the intent to sell the property, I don't see him manapulating the deal, with other offers or hiding infromation, seems if there is much trickery involved, the listing agent is in the best position to pull something...And the good friend of Bill G.'
