I am using Google Voice and the phone number listed on my biz cards and mailers, the number is the same area code but not the same city as I live and market to.

I'm in the process of purchasing a home (to live in) and am using a private mortgage company per my agents advice. 

I will also have to cut it down some as I am using google voice.

@Kerry Baird I am using a lender that lends in multiple states (~40). 

@Michael Quarles I am using conventional financing for my buy and hold properties as I thought this was the least expensive way to finance the properties.

Some of this is amusing and shows a lack of knowledge or even willful ignorance to even consider how deals come together.
