Yes I want the letter to be perfect and I understand there's no way to make it perfect.One more question, I am using the bulk mail system and I have to put a bar code in a certain spot on the envelope.

I have done a lot of self-education and have most of the steps I need to do in place, however different states have different laws and I just want to be sure I am using the right paperwork.
