The house is most likely dated, as I presume he has not modernized it in recent years!

There are all kinds of different salon-type services, and it's a beautiful, modern space. 

And because those property types are common it may even be that an A class property is one that has the "charm" of the old construction even at the sacrifice of some of the modern day efficiency.

Paint siding and change the roof (modern colors and an off-white accent if you choose white for the accent color).

The modern amenities, low maintenance requirements, and attractive rental potential of new builds make them a compelling choice.

The reason that I do this is because in these areas the values tend to be reasonable stable, and the homes are modern with the basic amenities that home buyers (not renters) expect to see.

The items are very very modern and hi-end looking.

Maybe you can expand it based upon modern set backs (how far away you need to keep from property lines in all directions) and lot coverage, but that's really it sorry to say from what I understand. 

I'm not happy with the services that they've provided and will be seeking a new lender with more flexibility for the modern investor (and technology) in the future.
