Do the owners do the laundry and put towels etc in a closet for the cleaners to put out?

Also, are we going to need to call the insurance company every time we higher a new carpet cleaner or something?   

I agree, finding the right cleaner is the missing link.Would love to connect.

Not sure why, but mention of lawyers give me the feeling of money getting sucked by a vacuum cleaner :)

Not to mention it builds in a HEALTHY does of appreciation for your professional cleaners seeing what all they go through!

(Either that or I'm really lucky.)I've rented their truck when I've needed to (as I don't have a truck of my own) and that's worked out great.I've rented carpet cleaners from them.I've spent so much time in Menards over the past 3 years and once I was there wearing my Menards t-shirt and got mistaken for an employee.

There are other ways, but I'd suggest this as being cleaner.

Sounds like a similar approach to either plan: establishing a relationship with multiple handymen, plumbers, cleaners, etc…

Decide if you are going to go over or have someone go over to change the keys because keyless locks lets you or your cleaner easily delete the old key codes.
