A woman just called me from a craigslist ad I posted about a month ago.

We spoke to the owners about the managers - efficiency, cost control, trustworthiness, etc.After all that, we narrowed it down to this one management company owned by a wonderful woman who has been outstanding, and now her d-i-l is also doing an outstanding job.I do not think it is possible to select a good property manager simply by interviewing them.

I just showed a unit to a couple, and the woman was a little surprised that we charged two fees.

Jay Leisten this property is an estate, the daughter of the woman who owned the property said she bought it as a duplex, and I don't know how many years she has owned it.

Owner had not been seen in many years by family so friend got assignments and had the woman declared deceased by court and opened probate! 

How do you define a successful woman? 

The daughter (an eloquent middle age woman) invited me and my family (wife and two children) to her boyfriend she super bowl party( the were Pats fans).
