While almost all the posts on here are geared to help there are just as many threads talking about "the newb" who did this or that wrong now im all for trial and error and learning from your mistakes however why would any of us want to learn a costly lesson when alot of us are working with little to no capital.

I have only recently started investing in real estate after a long awaited trial period my fiancé has agreed to partake take in with me on my begging wish.

I worked there for 5 years in their clinical engineering department!  

Later on, I did a trial run with a photobooth business and got to know the wedding space a little bit better. 

Because as an REO all junior liens would have been dealt with.I'm not a pro at this and am just finding my way, and trying to learn without too too much trial and error...so if anyone has any input please please please chime in.Thanks Sharon and yes we need to meet up and do coffee or something.

As Josh stated, it is quite apparent you were dissatisfied, but please remember, this was a trial run and teh first of its kind set up.
