There are also signs of a cover up at the base of the foundation because there are new concrete blocks there to hide the foundation and a temporary drain placed nearby to prevent water from reaching the foundation.

Good asset protection is about building strong protections, not hiding stuff, because that usually fails once it enters a courtroom. 

I have nothing to hide or be ashamed of and definately not doing anything illegal, thats why I'm trying to learn as much as I can to make sure I do everything right and legal.

All - I'll write a bit more on this thread when I have a little more time, but there's a bit of misinformation here...especially related to the FTC, "hiding" anything, the fees, and what you get for being a franchise.

Sellers trying to dump a property that are not confident in the tenants and hiding things won't go for this etc.No legal advice. 

I also offer the same freedoms of someone buying one of my flips as I have nothing to hide.

If the Seller is not allowing you to buy this house without time to inspect usually means they don't want to find whatever they're hiding. 

They could also just cap the tax free value at something like $10M and the rest is taxed when you sell just like capital gains instead of income like a 401k.They are watching people like peter thiel and mitt Romney abuse the SDIRA and want to find a way to make it less advantageous for the super wealthy to hide hundreds of millions from taxes.Also for budget reconciliation they only get to count tax revenues in the next 10 years which is why some want to tax unrealized gains so they have enough money to reconcile a massive spend on infrastructure and the social safety net
