Speaking with the local property managers is a must as they may be less biased if they don’t have a stake in the sale of the property.

But you can't ignore and twist my words to suit your biased opinions. 

As a completely biased opinion, I think South Florida will see a little more economic growth or growth at a little better pace than the Tampa market.

I understand you're going to come with a bias, but anyone who doesn't lacks common and business sense.

In most of the respones I am hearing mainly just personal bias against car loans specfically.

I think there have been some very valid points made here pertaining to wholesalers, and a common theme that I have seen in this thread is that maybe some dealings with one or two "bad" wholesalers have really caused some people to be completely biased against "any" person identifying themselves as a wholesaler or has anything to do with wholesaling.

I think they are the cutest kids on the planet, but then again I'm biased. :) Thanks for checking out the video.

Be careful who you take advice from, especially someone who's trying to sell you something as this "advice" is biased.
