Pay your cleaners well.

@Ibrahim Hughes environmental issues are not limited to industrial properties. commercial properties can have impacts depending on how they were used (beware of dry cleaners!!!!!).

Vultures may not be cuddly but we are necessary to keep the world a cleaner place.

The cleaner it is when they move in, the easier it is to hold them accountable for cleaning when they leave.

Cleaners are often inconsistent.

But honestly the hassle of taking bookings, paying taxes monthly, scheduling cleaners, ect wasn't really worth it for us.  

You can buy all your cleaning products from the dollar store which means you can spend about $6 for: cleanser, sponges (two in a pack), a bucket, windex and bleach (cleansing spray), and toilet bowl cleaner; that pretty much will clean your entire house/apartment for a couple of months!

I'll start . . .Spackle, door locks, drain cleaner, too early to think . . .

Clean cabinets with a good wood cleaner.

The house is just about ready except that now we've discovered that the nicotine stains in the shower grout will not come out. we've tried just plain grout cleaner (haha) and white vinager mixed with baking soda to no avail.
