Why brokers that are paying top dollar for listing on Loopnet, don't insist their listings be shown to everyone visiting the site, rather than hiding some and using them to tease visitors into joining, is kind of odd.  

I guess land trusts are more about trying to hide your ownership in the homes vs what I am trying to do, which is make sure I am covered for liaiblities, lawsuits, etc.

It sounds like the flip was hiding these things so there doesn't seem to be much recourse.

Or are you saying they know it leaks, stopped using that shower, and just painted the ceiling to hide the leak and sell the house?
