Jay Helms and Eddie Trumble,Th Huntsville area is booming, the last few years have brought a new Remington Arms plant, Polaris plant, a new rocket booster company, and the recently announced Toyota/Mazda plant.

I'm an Operations Manager for one of P&G's manufacturing plants that makes a bunch of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and that type of stuff.

When I was making the beds and planting shrubs around it a few years back there was even a concrete Block with A Wood Post buried coming Out That Had been Cut Down.

Determine the full scope of work you plant to do (assume you have this, if you have labor already determined).

In fact, they're kind of the one planting the new development bug in my ear.

It is in a blue collar area and mainly people coming out of town to rent trailers while they work in the plants for couple years (Texas City, TX).

If they say they are going to - that is the give-a-way clue that they are not going to.Now I have had tenants who landscaped beautifully, planted trees, shrubs, and flower.
