That can be a good tactic asking the listing broker.

:)No pressure, no Guru-tactics, just authentic, experienced professionals willing to share knowledge, info & contacts.  

Have you pointed out flaws of the property or taken another tactic to try to influence the listing agent to get the lender/asset manager to come down on price in the past?  

Frankly, it's auction.com's sales tactic to their clients that by giving out so much free information they are bringing new investors to the table and driving up bids on the courthouse steps.

Ok, I'm adding my long-winded two cents here - because I've invested the $3000 for the coaching and am currently in the middle of it - and yes, they do employ hard-sell tactics that I easily spotted (because I'm a part-time copywriter and understand how these things work).  

This is both an offensive and a defensive tactic.

I trying to figure out different tactics to find sellers.  

I have been tactically & actively trading securities on stock exchanges since I was 16, so I like to think I have some clue on what it means to "invest" and build wealth(at least that's the goal).

I am looking to aquire my first two-family and feel like I need to alter my tactics a little bit because finding things through zillow is proving tough.     

But right now it looks like the spring buyer season may be overpowering this uncertainty.
