I am also biased towards working class individuals who always find a way to get up and go to work in the morning, even if it's part time work or less than ideal conditions.

Most of us on here are experienced business owners, landlords, real estate investors, etc. so naturally we will be biased towards the INVESTOR side of things.  

Many experts in the sector seem to echo similar concerns.Sometimes you can be too attached, affiliated with or involved with something that you either knowingly (or unknowingly) form certain mental biases somewhere in the subconscious.

I'll also look into this sometime in the future, so I'm interested in this topic and your experience.Franc Feedback: I'm biased due to my tech background, so my opinion is not the same as most guests, but the design is a turn off for me.

@Matthew Rosenthal I am a little biased seeing that I am a multifamily mortgage broker at CBRE in Chicago, but I would suggest looking for someone at one of the top shops who specializes in multifamily and works for one of the Freddie Mac SBL licensed preferred lenders.

I'm not sure how tenant biased Oregon is but I'd tread carefully if it's anything like California.

Of course I have an bias on Memphis and Little Rock, but one of my best rentals is in Knoxville, TN.
