I don't live in PA but I know there can be differences in the laws for residential (small multi-family homes) and commercial properties (in NY I think it's over 4 families) Most often a standard lease is used that can be purchased in Staples, but sometimes a standard lease does not cover all aspects - for example- using the yard, basement, parking accommodations, shoveling snow, etc.

We don't need to make a lot of money from it but I guess it needs to be worth the hassle and free accommodation that we gain from owning a cabin.Thank youKathryn

I specialize in the short-term rental/vacation space and get more inquiries than I can accommodate with my current property, hence the search for capital to acquire more properties.I really do have to attend some meetup groups and meet/discuss with others!

If you want to rent for short-term stays (fewer than 30 days) in a place that is not your primary residence or you want to rent for short-term stays that will total more than 180 days in a calendar year, you can obtain a "visitors accommodation" license. 

The container plugs into existing water/power/sewer utilities, and accommodates 2 adults comfortably.

We are happy to accommodate as she is a wonderful super clean tenant who pays on time!

What do you think of the company and your accommodations?

I don't mind accommodating the sublet, provided I can do a proper background check.  

Saw you post from last year - I know of a very upscale Bed & Breakfast that is expanding, due its' demand for accommodation, expanding restaurant hours and it being a number one draw for wedding venues and mansion buyouts.
