I'm taking short break on buying due to weddings.

I read all the replies and there were basically two themes.

One of the meetup that Joe mentioned in Irvine is this Wed, and I will be there.

They put me through 4.5 months of waiting outside the country while I had gone for my wedding before letting me in.

I am looking for vacant land to buy with seller financing to start an outdoor wedding venue.

National builders association survey's say the opposite.so the theme of the article is what needs to be done from a builder perspective to attract this massive buying pool as they move out of rentals into their own homes.Smart appliances ,  all sorts of other smart products for the home.. the article said those buyers will expect these upgrades or standard features..

But hey, I think I'm veering off theme with this thread so I'll leave it at that. 

thanks for the input everyone, @rush wall, your absolutely right, we are in the process of getting financing set up first and pinpointing areas wed like to target.

Then we got engaged and she moved in with me. then we spent a year and a half planning and saving for our wedding.
