They do an excellent job of pulling the selling-strings and using emotional selling tactics.

A tactic they use for you to sign up for memberships is that "you will earn back your membership fees."

I did notice some sales tactics like continuously asking "does that make sense?"

If one is 10% and the other is 8%, those specific numbers are pretty unimportant -- but the fact that one is a good bit higher (or lower) than the other is what's important from a tactical standpoint, given that they were calculated in the same manner using the same types of data.As for cash on cash return, that's a little more important (in my opinion). 

After you really understand what it is you're dealing with, then you can begin to apply tactics, your "system" or your strategies. :)    

I DEFINITELY don't agree with many of the tactics.
