You can buy at the auction, if the starting bid is low enough to make it worthwhile to bid.

If you think you can sell it, and buy another BETTER cash flowing property, then it may be worthwhile.

Its been hard to find any good deals locally with proper ROI , been looking since beginning of 2018 and havent found anything worthwhile.

If not I can look them up and interview but figured It might be worth while to reach out to everyone and get their 2 cents.

I want to make this deal worthwhile for both parties as this investor is willing to reinvest in future properties.
