Other things one can do is subscribe to the local paper and business journal, bookmark the chamber website, call Real Estate agents and Property Managers not affiliated with the sell, talk to other out of state investors for their feedback, just to name a few.

I have a private Facebook Group with over 7000 members as well as paid coaching clients and JVPs, and membership subscribers and everything I do is done with total transparency and documented proof. 

Have you considered putting these types of updates in your member blog so people can subscribe and be notified when you have new posts?

I know most people subscribe to leveraging as much to aquire as much as possible but my strategy is pretty conservative, and I don't need to cash flow right now. 

Depending on what philosophy you subscribe to you may be okay with it or you may feel its unethical.

Most of the surveys that say otherwise are quicky reader surveys of a few hundred magazine or website subscribes.
