But they have another similar one you can get if you move really quick, skip all DD and wire the money this afternoon... classic bait and switch topped with a sprinkle of manufactured urgency/ fear of missing out.

And it's a shame that there is a mix of bad advice posts sprinkled in on this thread with the good posts ...To tag users, you need to type more than one character after the @ unless your one character is a question mark.

I understand it's his business and that's how he promotes it I think he could have presented his pitch in a more concise fashion  rather than sprinkling it through the whole three days.

If you have piles of money or access to it, contact them directly--I'm sure their Master's program for real estate investing is useful, but don't subject yourself to 3 days of sales pitches and juvenile humor sprinkled with tiny bits of useful information for this.
