So now we have it, a nation of batteries whose sole mission in life is to make money for other people, and that's why rent control legislation and other measure to curb the greed and cupidity of landlords who can't help themselves from "maximizing their income per tenant" are going in everywhere.

Best to apply some FOMO (fear of mission out) - price it just low enough that everyone who is checking MLS twice a day knows it will go fast.

Even if they aren't interested, they can share your mission.

Right now I don't spend a lot of "free time" in pueblo (when I am in town, I am on a mission), but if you're ever up for coming up to the Springs there is a meetup at third space that I regularly attend (along with @Daniel Haberkost).

Every mission/operation has some risk, the trick is to find ways to mitigate that risk to acceptable levels.
