If you live paycheck to paycheck and do all this you are never going to become an investor because you aren't willing to change your lifestyle now for something you can have in a few years.  

I'll be bouncing back and forth between the two cities over the next four months before I move in order to get life set up and trying to learn the city... and hopefully find my next project. 

I have never spoken to him in my life and if anything he would be “a competitor” but only to the point for investors since his investment strategy is so different than ours and we do not play in the same asset class but may have cross pollination for potential investors.

Following Up + More details: @carolineOur utilities were also opened using an LLC but since the power had actually been shut off the problem mostly came from ICE sending someone out to turn it back on plus installing a new style meter (which had to be approved by our HOA but that was another matter entirely and not particularly difficult).Opening a bank account with BCR as an individual is easy and you can get an atm card in about 3 days but you will be limited to holding only a thousand dollars in it.

Im hoping to find an investor to help me buy the lot next to mine so i can move up from doing tax deeds.. if not i have my next lot picked out and will continue to invest in them while i fix my credit and learn more on investing.. i have always wanted to be successful in life but drugs and bad choices have kept me from it.. now im proud to say there is nothing that will stand in my way of realizing my dreams Just following up.
