I use Microsoft exchange so all my email, contacts, calendar etc are accessible in the cloud and on any device. 

I can sign purchase offers through Docusign, track rent through Cozy, take photos of vacant units, list units on Zillow, execute digital lease signing, take calls and texts through Google voice, scan documents, track expenses (Microsoft cloud), search for properties, listen to BP podcasts and the list goes on.I can run my entire business through my iPhone.

The idea is to get the contract and send what it says and how it is setup for what works for your business strategy on how to acquire said property from a motivated seller, then scan the contract into your computer and use an editing program like Microsoft word or paint them modify and update it with your business and company information then print it out and take it to an attorney or lawyer and have them verify it and he honest as to where you got the contract for your own use then, go get those deals done! 

In addition to the Amazon facility, Microsoft is to open a "Smart Cities" hub in Syracuse, the 3rd in the nation.

But it's also bad because it will limit your scope of what's possible.Bill Gates didn't build Microsoft by "thinking small."  

Outside of Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Amazn and Facebook homes now take 45 days to sell instead of 1 weekend with endless offers. 

You can replace landlords with just about any other group (Billionaires, the wealthy, Amazon, Microsoft, Tech Bro's, etc.) and the message is essentially the same.  

@Angeline Mentor I have used Microsoft Project for commercial projects before and it had everything I needed. 

That being said, Zillow spends a massive amount of advertising money with google and Microsoft to be one of the first places renters click when searching for an apartment.

Another example would be the Microsoft employee buying a home in Oakland, whose employer has confirmed in writing that it's OK with them that the person work remote.
