Finally, we do not care about your tax returns, etc.- since these loans are primarily based off of the asset as collateral.

That will require a rough and final inspection. 2) When installing drywall you will need a nail/screw pattern inspection. 3) You will need to provide 'conditioned air' to these rooms..how are you going to do this and that will require inspection.Will you have to increase the size of the electrical panel?

I finally told her to forget it and relieved her from the 3k she owed me in damages and late rent.

Did you pay an auction premium like Auction.com or is the number you bid the final number plus recording fees?
