USD is definitely losing ground in the value dept to bitcoin.

It shouldn't be the same value per sq ft as above ground space, but it should have a value.

I am looking at a property that has a garden level/basement with ~7ft ceilings, normal height/size windows, and 2 separate ground level entrances/exits... it backs onto a hill and is roughly 80% above grade. 

Have a ton of experience in the rental market, and ground up development including industrial and retail.  

Unless your rehabbing or doing ground up, its not really out there unless its from your buddy John.
