We are in 11 unique markets, and each has slightly different numbers. 

The main supply duct and main return duct each supplied 6 different rooms.

In addition, some states have different regulations tooI'm sure that someone that specializes in Insurance can give more insight into what is and isnt necessary or best for our properties.

That's looking at it through a narrow lens though, when you zoom out to 5-10-15 years down the road and calculate the difference, in my experience the appreciation has been far more beneficial than the $200 difference per month in cash flow from a different market.

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

if you find a seller that wants to wait longer / spread payments out differently that's fine too.

I started and did it differently.

I currently operate in 10 different markets across the mid-south and mid-west. 

There is no one size fits all answer for this question, market to market, and property to property are all different.
