The Zestimate is a wildly inaccurate tool used to trick the general public into believing it has meaning, but its real purpose is to sell ad space to realtors.

Construction is the wild west, everyone is carrying a 6 shooter, so you gotta be careful out there.

@Russell Brazil  I have looked all over Mass, but the prices vary wildly, dropping quite a bit as you look west of I-90.  

A few new subdivisions or not and these numbers could swing wildly.  

To wildly stereotype, I think the percentage of VRBO users who are more responsible and respectful is higher.

It seems like I'm guessing pretty wildly in many of these practice deals, so I can never trust the output the spreadsheet provides.
