I don't know who the tenants are, but by the looks of the property they're more concerned about low rents than nice accommodations to put it mildly.  

In addition, working with someone you've formed even a basic relationship with might make it easier to obtain a loan extension or other accommodation sometime in the future, if you run into problems.

There are many other times when they accommodate a buyer to get a higher price with a  carryback too..

You can make a solid income providing students with clean, healthy, well-maintained accommodations with, perhaps, some supplemental amenities.  

You might have to adjust your offer down to account for extra costs but the seller might be more comfortable with a "you get this much", "I will pay this fee, this cost, this cost" but the offer is lower to accommodate those costs.

We inflated both, and we think it's conservative enough, but if not it's important to remember that the current model liquefies a good amount of the invested equity, so if we need to accommodate higher rate or Cap Rate all that means is that we'll be able to return less capital.  

The PMs mistake was in saying they could accommodate your request when they probably knew they couldn't.  

Plus cities usually take forever to rezone and accommodate early private developers with incentives, etc, so might as well get all that in motion now.

So the qualified intermediary will form an "exchange accommodating title holder" (eat) whose sole purpose is to take title to the new property and hold it until the 1.4 mil property is sold.  

Has a couple of guys working for him now, so I think can accommodate more pressing schedules.
