I was going to post about the search function, being able to search just by title/topic, but it was already discussed.Someone had commented that the FAQ isn't really a FAQ but an index, and there was discussion of an organizer.

I've done well on associated content - google/yahoo indexes them pretty fast if you're good with your keywords/topic - AND they pay you based on pageviews.

If you mean $10K I'd put it in a stock index fund.

In fact I discovered that around the globe with a gazillion different sites that Google only indexes less than 1% of the sites in the whole freaking world.

Get on the internet ,understand it, or perish...Learn about silo architecture, latent semantic indexing and keyword research or you will just be building dinosaur bones.The whole real estate industry just died and will be reborn on line as it only really lives there now.Hey wait a minute... how can I be talking to people all over the country when I am here in Sacramento?
