Forgive me but I'm very new to the space and don't know enough bout anything investing related to begin attempting to buy property from another state. 

I took my first attempt at BRRR and bought a house (Kansas City) for 200k, which will be my new residency, so I could use less downpayment and needed a second bedroom anyway.

Could be attempting to stack credit cards for a business, maybe they just want to have them for an emergency, maybe they know that applying for one is the same as applying for multiple if it’s within a certain time frame so they went ahead and applied to not ding their credit as much, etc etc The other thing about the job is something to look into though.

But I have started to take my real estate endeavors serious over the last year and my studies much more serious over the last 5 months and although I may not be ready, I am ready and eager to take that leap of faith and try and put what I know into affect with the right people and obtain my first property in the West Texas area via House Hacking or a buy and hold deal within the next 60-90 days.
