Our kitchen is about 10 by 14 and with 3 pieces of granite slabs with seams patched with epoxy and sylicone with few plastic brakes attaching it to cabinets.

Great deal and I brake even living in my own property. 

I put the brakes on that one..

As for roofs , I'd say leave it to the guys who can handle the heat and the back braking work.

These rentals are getting saturated big time and owners are not even braking even at this point.
