Not as good as SEO, but better than Facebook.This because with PPC people are still looking for you.

No deal finder person can beat SEO.

They have bigger finances and better SEO power than you.Current Small Location Owners-  I'm ad libbing. 

In fact, you can combine this with an SEO expert, and for relatively few dollars create a powerful and profitable “persona” whereby you have potential listing leads contact you.  

Direct mail, cold calling, SEO, texting.

Now, SEO seems to be the craze amongst investors/wholesalers.

And let the SEO stuff do it’s magic?

All the while I plan to slowly build my SEO. 

First, I hope everyone had a safe time with friends and family, especially with this massive winter storm ripping through the U.S.I'm a multifamily buy-and-hold investor and up until now I've basically filled all the roles in my business myself--from SEO/marketing, meeting with sellers, GCing and DIYing my own projects (mostly cosmetic rehabs), to shopping insurance, etc. 

(bleh), DMM (such a drag, but  you must when you must) and get a ranking website (Ughh now I need to learn SEO)ALl have benefits and disadvantages... yet one stands above the rest.
