I liken it to a startup, where for the first year the CEO is taking out the trash and the VP of Research is restocking supply cabinets; sometimes you taken on activities outside your role when resources are limited and you are just starting to build your business.I've taken away a lot from this thread, both better ways to paint and better ways to find painters.

@Enrique Saucedo, I did a substantial amount of remodeling on all of the units.The first 7 units, in Mountain View had essentially the same level of work: New flooring, new oak kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new toilets, new tile, grounding of electrical outlets, sheet rock, paint, new fixtures.

I have rehabbed the unit with laminate/tile floors, new kitchen cabinets, etc... is it worth it to go to the next level with the rehab (crown moulding, custom shower, etc..) in this area?
