It seems at least for the timing being that California completely disagrees with you, we defeated both proposals when it was predicted by many we would lose both, and 15 by a landslide.It would appear that using BOTH fact AND highly persuasive OPINION we turned the tide so I'm afraid your comment imtotally missed the mark, and couldn't be more misplaced.Just rejoice that we prevailed over the forces of class envy and division and Californian's categorically rejected the entitlement mentality of the "You Got,I Want,Give Me"crowd. 

These can be pretty persuasive sale s pitches so hold on to your wallet.

@Ylande Blanc If he doesn't want to buy now, put him on a follow up drip and keep looking for those who want to buy now.The time you spend trying to persuade someone could be used on someone who doesn't need the persuasion. 

Hiring a licensed appraiser to provide an opinion as to value and testify on your behalf will be more persuasive.
